Seasons of Change

After more than 30 years of transformative leadership, CEO Scott Sabin has announced that he will transition out of his role as CEO at the end of 2025. He will continue serving Plant With Purpose as Global Ambassador, focusing on deepening relationships and sharing our story with partners and supporters.

This transition comes at a time of remarkable growth and momentum for Plant With Purpose. We are concluding the strongest financial year in our history, have surpassed 80 million trees planted, and have recently published a new three-year strategic plan that includes the launch of a tenth program country.

Scott’s leadership has helped Plant With Purpose become a global leader in the fight against rural poverty and deforestation. As Global Ambassador, he will continue to advocate for our signature approach, which combines environmental restoration, economic empowerment, and spiritual renewal.

The search for our next CEO is underway, and we move forward with prayerful confidence and strong organizational health. This next season holds great promise.

Thank you for your continued partnership, as we honor Scott’s legacy and look ahead with faith and expectation to the future of Plant With Purpose
